He adds that Kenya has become a preferred jurisdiction for businesses seeking timely dispute resolution, an important advantage for companies looking to expand or attract investment. This is supported by a legal framework with limited court interference in arbitration, enforceable awards, and an English common law system familiar to local and international investors.
