Appointed as a non-executive Director of the Business Registration Services (BRS), which is a semi-autonomous government agency under the state law office, with effect from July 2024. (An overview of your experience)
Successfully advised and handled the corporate restructure and subsequent external financing for a leading off-grid hydropower generating company.
Handled multiple equity investment by The Baobab Network into various tech start-ups in Kenya.
Successfully advised and handled the corporate and debt restructures of four (4) major global Telcos to comply with the National Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Policy of 2020 within a time constrained period of three months.
Largely involved in the set-up of Employee Share Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and Employee Performance Share Award Plans (EPSAPs) for three (3) major listed Companies. I am currently managing both the ESOP and EPSAP schemes for one of the Companies.
