During her first rotation in the Dispute Resolution practice at CDH, Kgatlhiso contributed to a range of matters, including licensing agreements; such as spectrum licensing in the telecommunications sector - contractual breach claims within the insurance industry, and breach of contract disputes in the chemical sector.

Involved in matters relating to general commercial contracts, financial disputes, and estate-related issues, further strengthening her litigation and advisory capabilities.
