Experience
- Kgatlhiso has experience in general commercial litigation in the High Court, Magistrates’ Courts, arbitration and mediation proceedings. She has contributed to a range of matters, including (but not limited to) litigation arising from licensing agreements in the telecommunications sector, contractual breach claims within the insurance industry, breach of contract matters in the chemical sector, contractual disputes involving entities in the financial sector, and disputes arising from general commercial agreements between multinational entities operating in South Africa.
- She has assisted her team with the drafting of pleadings and notices, conducting legal research, preparing advisory opinions for clients, considering contractual dispute and assisted our Pro Bono and Human Rights Department with litigious matters.
- Within the Employment Department, she has been involved in various labour law matters concerning state-owned companies, including Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, South African Airways SOC Ltd, and the Development Bank of Southern Africa.
