Evangelia Goulas

Evangelia’s experience includes assisting with acting as legal counsel to both lenders and borrowers in connection with term and general banking facilities. She has been involved in drafting a broad range of security and finance documents across general and structured financing transactions and has managed the satisfaction of conditions precedent for major deals. Her experience further extends to preference share funding arrangements, bridge facility agreements, and term loan facilities.

She has also been involved in several project finance transactions, particularly within the renewable energy sector. This has included supporting the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, owner’s engineer agreements, and consultancy agreements for solar energy projects.
