The appointment reflects CDH’s continued commitment to the Western Cape, where the firm has deep historic roots through its predecessor firms and has supported clients for generations. As Cape Town Office Managing Partner, Megan will lead CDH’s strategic engagement in the Western Cape, deepening client relationships, and ensuring the firm continues to deliver commercially focused legal solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs. Alongside her new responsibilities, she will continue to lead the firm’s market-leading Oil & Gas sector, maintaining her close involvement with clients and the complex cross-border matters for which she is recognised. Megan will also champion a high-performing and inclusive culture, strengthening collaboration, developing talent, and reinforcing the Cape Town office as an exceptional place for our people to build their careers.
