Recommendation for employers to reintroduce work from home policies
Leila explained that, from a legal perspective, there is no statutory or automatic right for employees to work remotely. However, such a right may arise from the terms of an employment contract or an employer’s internal remote working policy.

She added that this is a dynamic period, and organisations may begin to revisit their workplace models in the coming weeks.
