Charles began his career in 2020 at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a Candidate Attorney and was later appointed as an Associate in 2022 in our Corporate and Commercial practice. He is currently an Associate in our Knowledge Management department.

• Conducting legal due diligence investigations and conducting reports with the ability to identify commercial and legal risks.
• Drafting and reviewing a host of transaction documents (subscription agreements, sale of shares agreements and sale of business agreements.
• Company secretarial attendances.
• Research and furnishing legal opinions and advice on a variety of legal issues.
