Consultations with our clients – many of whom do not have the luxury of access to the sophisticated modern technology that has allowed many corporate businesses to continue to operate relatively seamlessly in a virtual world – presented a real challenge. But we learnt to adapt and do the best we could to continue to offer novel ways of assisting and serving our clients, communities and people in need. After all, challenges present opportunities for reflection, growth and adaptation and as the year progressed our Pro Bono Practice did all three.
