CDH acts as legal advisor to Balwin
CDH's Corporate & Commercial, Competition and Tax and Exchange Control practices are advising Balwin on the take-private transaction that will see Balwin delisted from the JSE. The consortium led by Balwin management and the PIC will take Balwin private in a circa R2bn transaction.
