Tshephang joined CDH in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), where she later pursued her Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
Alongside her exposure in Dispute Resolution, Tshephang gained experience in Employment Law and Competition Law.
During her academic career, Tshephang served as a tutor in both Contract Law and Criminal Law. Tshephang tutored over 100 students weekly and simplified complex legal concepts for third-year students.
