He graduated in 2024 with a LLB degree and successfully completed his candidacy at Dr Weder, Kauta & Hoveka Inc. the same year, where he gained invaluable practical exposure across corporate transactions and regulatory advisory work.

Banking, Finance & Projects - Assisted client in their debt refinancing (on a project finance basis) of existing debt of a 4.5MW PV power plant;
Assisted with advising clients on various financing and refinancing transactions to entities ranging from the energy sector to the food sector.
