Saraphina Paulus is an Associate in our Real Estate Law practice. She has five years’ post-admission experience, practising primarily in general litigation. Saraphina's work includes representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, drafting pleadings, affidavits, heads of argument, and settlement agreements, and providing strategic advice throughout the litigation process.

Strong focus on legal drafting, analysis, and research across several areas of law, with a keen interest in property law. This includes matters such as land rights, transfers, leases, servitudes, and ownership disputes.
