Saraphina Paulus is an Associate in our Real Estate Law & Conveyancing practice. She has five years’ post-admission experience, practising primarily in general litigation. Saraphina's work includes representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, drafting pleadings, affidavits, heads of argument, and settlement agreements, and providing strategic advice throughout the litigation process.

Strong focus on legal drafting, analysis, and research across several areas of law, with a keen interest in property law. This includes matters such as land rights, transfers, leases, servitudes, and ownership disputes.
Litigation and court work – preparing heads of argument, pleadings, affidavits, and persuasive submissions.
Commercial and corporate law – drafting contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
Labour and employment law – handling matters like unfair dismissal, appeals, and workplace policies.
Administrative and regulatory law – interpreting legislation, compliance frameworks, and policy assessments.
