Nozinhle joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a candidate attorney in 2023. During her time as a Candidate Attorney, Nozinhle gained experience in our Pro Bono & Human Rignts, Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial departments. Nozinhle was promoted to an Associate Designate in 2025.

Assisting in advising M&C Saatchi South Africa leadership team in relation to its acquisition of all the shares in M&C Saatchi South Africa held by M&C Saatchi plc.
Drafting and reviewing various agreements, including subscription agreement, sale of business agreements, sale of share agreements, shareholders' agreements, memorandum of incorporations and sale of property agreements.
Assisting with general company secretarial work such as attending to director changes, preparation of securities registers and share certificates as well as preparing resolutions.
