Nhika Vassallo is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. He has a wide range of experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project management, information technology, oil and gas.

About Nhika

Nhika graduated from the University of Namibia in 2021 and completed his candidacy in 2022 with Koep & Partners (Bowmans Namibia). He went on to serve as an Associate at DLA Piper Africa, Namibia (Ellis Shilengudwa Inc.) until March 2025.

Nhika joined CDH in April 2025.

Areas of expertise

Experience

  • Assisted with various local and cross border transactions in the oil and gas, telecommunications, mining and luxury hospitality sectors.  
  • Assisted with the establishment of private equity funds in Namibia and with the project finance of portfolio investments.
  • Assisted with negotiating and managing information technology related transactions from the establishment of local e-commerce platforms, drafting and negotiating transactions related to national infrastructure platforms.
