Kerah joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a candidate attorney in 2023, rotating through the firm's Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, and Corporate & Commercial practice areas. In 2025, Kerah was retained as an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. 

• Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations and preparing detailed due diligence reports for M&A and private equity transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial transactional agreements, including bespoke contracts tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Advising clients on company secretarial matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Preparing bespoke memoranda of incorporation for private companies and group structures.
• Structuring and implementing corporate reorganisations and asset-for-share transactions in terms of section 42 of the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962, for both onshore and offshore structures.
