Keanen Naidoo is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. He holds a LLB and LLM (Tax) degree from the University of Pretoria. Keanen works primarily on renewable energy deals, legal due diligences and on transactional mergers and acquisitions deals.

About Keanen

Keanen started his legal career through his studies at the University of Pretoria, completing his undergraduate LLB degree cum laude and then going on to complete his LLM specialising in tax law. He started his professional legal career as a junior legal advisor at Discovery Invest working in the pension fund law space. Keanen then joined CDH as a Candidate Attorney in 2023, completed four rotations and was retained as an Associate in 2025.
