Daniel regularly appears before the High Court, Court of Appeal, Employment and Labour Relations Court, arbitral tribunals, and regional judicial bodies. His practice spans commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, construction, employment and labour, antitrust, and international arbitration.

Daniel regularly advises on corporate governance disputes, shareholder rights and business restructuring and is known for his strong advocacy, practical problem-solving, and ability to manage high-value and precedent-setting matters across multiple sectors and jurisdictions

  • Advised and represented a Dutch brewing company in a USD 30 million regional distribution dispute spanning Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.

  • Defended a multinational construction company in opposing injunctive orders worth USD 52.3 million affecting its East African operations.

  • Acted for a leading hospital in a rent arbitration, achieving a favourable award.
