CDH's Corporate & Commercial team acted for Nedbank Group Limited in a recent transaction whereby Nedbank Group will sell all of its 21.2% shareholding in Ecobank Transnational Incorporated to Bosquet Investments Limited for a purchase consideration of USD100 million (approximately ZAR1.8 billion). The sale is now in its implementation phase and is subject to various regulatory approvals.
