We reviewed the facility agreement, drafted and perfected the transaction security and issued capacity and enforcement opinions in relation to the syndicated financing.
Syndicated lending is not common in this market and the number of parties involved compounded the complexity in this interesting brief. The impact of the transaction will be significant in that it will boost agricultural value additional and offering of better prices and market for farmers.
