How much does it cost to incorporate a company in Ghana?

An applicant would be required to pay GHS 230 for incorporation; a filing fee of GHS 50; and a stamp duty of 0,5% of the stated capital at the in-house bank of the Registrar General’s Department.

An applicant for a partnership registration will be required to pay GHS 240 for registration. An optional service cost of GHS 1,000 may be paid in addition to the processing fees for faster service.
