About Roxanne
Roxanne started her legal career in 2016 at CDH, where she completed her articles and was retained as an associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice. Thereafter, she was an assistant lecturer at the University of Pretoria whilst completing her masters degree specialising in corporate law. She then joined a top tier international firm where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions.
Following that, she joined the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa, first as their assessment manager and then as their technical adviser. Roxanne then leveraged off her corporate law, secretarial and governance knowledge to found and run her own a company secretarial and corporate legal advisory business.
She joined CDH as a Professional Support Lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial practice in 2024.

All aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures, including drafting key agreements and supporting documents and conducting due diligence investigations.
General commercial law, including drafting a wide range of commercial agreements across various sectors.
Corporate governance and company secretarial work, including advising on compliance with the Companies Act and constitutional documents of a company, drafting various governance-related documents, and submitting filings with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
