Marelise moved to Hofmeyr Herbstein & Gihwala Inc as the Financial Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, in 2001 and was promoted to Financial Manager in 2005. She was appointed as National Financial Manager of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc in September 2008.
