Lutfiyya Ramiah

After completing our 2022 vacation programme and accepting an offer for Practical Vocational Training, Lutfiyya joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr as a Candidate Attorney in 2023 during which time she gained experience in our Real Estate, Employment, Corporate & Commercial, and Banking, Finance & Projects practice areas. She was exposed to labour litigation, conveyancing, various real estate matters as well as conducting due diligences and other matters within the Technology & Communication space.

• Drafting various agreements, including sale of going concerns, residential lease agreements, sale of property agreements, revolving credit facility agreements, restraint of trades, service level agreements, statements of work, single service aggregator agreements, joint venture agreements, settlement agreements, term loan facility agreements, suretyships, guarantees, cessions and subordination agreements.

• Due diligence.

• Assisting in conducting due diligence investigations and preparing due diligence reports.

• Assisting with general company secretarial work, including drafting various resolutions.

• Dean's merit award 2018-2020.
