Charles Green is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. Charles has experience in administrative law with expertise in dealing with procurement related matters. He has advised and represented state-owned companies, organs of state, national and provincial departments and municipalities on various areas of law. In addition to his public law experience, Charles has experience  in contract drafting, POPIA compliance and general litigation.

  • Charles has successfully represented and defended review applications brought against state - owned companies, organs of states, national and provincial departments and municipalities in both urgent and normal applications in the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeal.

  • Charles has assisted in the reviewing and updating of a state - owned company's SCM policy. He has also provided advice to a provincial government entity on the regulatory and institutional requirements to develop an interprovincial commuter rail system.
