About Carmen
Carmen commenced her career in litigation in the shipping & logistics and mining sectors, giving her extensive experience in dispute resolution, whereafter she steered her career into mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial law. Carmen has been employed at, inter alia, Shepstone & Wylie and served as a director of Tabacks for over 5 years, before joining CDH in 2023. Carmen has a particular focus in the diamond dealing/mining industry and trade finance transactions.
