Advised a leading national financial institution in the winding up of Roadcorp and the recovery of monies from Roadcorp and its subsidiaries.

National logistics company

Advised a large national logistics company in the cancellation of its lease agreements and the restructuring of its divisions.

SOE

Advised an SOE on the enforcement of their loan facilities and the protection of monies invested interms of its PII Scheme and attended to arbitrations on its behalf.

Loureiro family

Attorney for the Loureiro family in the action against Imvula Quality Protection (Pty)Ltd, a security provider, for breach of contract, which matter was ultimately decided in favor of the Loureiro family in the Constitutional Court.
