Lance is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of tax structuring experience accumulated during his tenure at Deloitte and KPMG.

During his time at Deloitte, Lance forged an excellent network of relationships in private equity, asset management, and other investment houses, including relationships with executives at some of the largest corporates in South Africa. He brings with him deep tax structuring experience in capital markets covering the JSE and LSE as well as cross-border transactions.
