“I am incredibly humbled by this nomination” says Njeri “and consider it a reflection of the quality of my service delivery to my clients, as well as my commitment to the legal sector in Kenya. I also wish to congratulate my peers who have also been nominated in this category. It is an honour to be recognised alongside you. Last but not least I wish to thank my colleagues, family, and friends for their support over the past year.”
CDH’s Kenya Managing Partner Sammy Ndolo adds, “We have always recognised Njeri’s talent, and are delighted that she has been acknowledged in this manner by The Law Society of Kenya Nairobi Branch. The nomination reflects her commitment to professionalism, judgement, and quality client care and is even more impressive when we consider the challenges that we - as a profession and as a country - have faced in the last two years.” Brent Williams, CDH’s CEO agrees saying “Excellence matters more than ever. Kieti’s highly skilled, young, and dynamic talent was one of the main reasons that we partnered with them in April of this year. We are committed to retaining the best talent across East and southern Africa to provide quality service to our clients.”
Founded by the Law Society of Kenya-Nairobi Branch in 2018, this accolade represents the highest honour among Kenyan legal professionals, recognising top players in the sector. Under the fitting theme of “The Phoenix Edition”, this year’s Nairobi Legal Awards hones in on the new dawn of challenges legal professionals had to overcome, in an unprecedented and ongoing crisis in 2021.
The award process is a rigorous quality checked process benchmarked to international best standards to ensure integrity. The panel consists of; a Justice of the Supreme Court and Heads of Legal of prominent Kenyan corporates with the Chairs of the Nairobi Legal Awards Trust and Law Society Kenya, Nairobi Branch, sitting as ex officio members of the Jury.
