CDH announces two Director promotions

The newly appointed Directors offer different specialties and strengths within their areas of expertise.
Naidoo has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and the formation, structuring and restructuring of business entities. He regularly advises listed and private companies across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, financial technology and private equity.
Brink specialises in corporate and international tax and provides tax and exchange control advice on all aspects of business-related activities, including financing, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, disposals and acquisitions, empowerment transactions, notional vendor funding, share incentive schemes, and other commercial transactions. He also advises clients on employees’ tax (PAYE), value-added tax (VAT) and taxation of trusts. His expertise extends to tax controversy and tax dispute resolution including transfer pricing matters.
