Her extensive knowledge that spans 22 years, and highly respected expertise, is a key part of our growth strategy and will allow the firm to continue providing exceptional counsel and service to our clients,” says Chris Charter, Director and National Head of CDH’s Competition practice.

“Veronica’s experience in competition law matters ranging from prohibited practices and the establishment of compliance policies, will prove an invaluable additional resource to our clients as we enter into a period of increased enforcement in the face of pending amendments to the law and policy,” adds Charter.

Cadman completed her Bachelor of Arts in French and Law as well as an LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1997. While at Webber Wentzel, Veronica participated in the formation of the firm’s competition law department following the inception of the Competition Act in 1998. In 2006, Veronica joined Bowman Gilfillan where she became a Director in 2008. After her extensive experience in competition law practice, Cadman decided to move into private practice in 2011.
