Doing Business in South Africa

As our publication's name suggests, Doing Business in South Africa (DBSA) focuses on the commercial legal landscape that welcomes and directs those wishing to invest in South Africa, whether that be embarking on a new business venture or setting up local offices.

Published for general information purposes, the annual guide begins with a high-level overview of South Africa, followed by 18 in-depth chapters which focus on specific areas of law. As such, DBSA may prove useful holistically – for those seeking an introduction to a country often used as a springboard for investment into Africa; or in part – for those wanting a general understanding of a particular commercial framework.

Please note that DBSA is not intended as legal advice. We do, however, hope our guide will prompt a detailed consultation about your specific business needs and visions in South Africa. Please feel free to contact us should you require our expert opinion.
