Rafael Eliasov joins CDH as a Corporate and Commercial Director

Leading business law firm Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) continues to expand in key sectors of the market.

In its most recent appointment, Rafael Eliasov has been appointed as a Director in the firm’s award-winning Corporate and Commercial practice. Rafael specialises in mergers and acquisitions and employee share schemes.

“The business landscape is becoming increasingly complex and the need for sector experts is on the rise. We welcome Rafael to our team and look forward to working with him and benefiting from his insights and expertise,” says Corporate and Commercial’s National Practice Head, Willem Jacobs.

Rafael began his career as a Candidate Attorney at ENSAfrica in 2011 and left the organisation as an Associate in 2014, when he joined Investec Bank Limited as internal legal for the Principal Investments Division. After assisting in the formation of IEP Group Proprietary Limited, he then joined IEP in 2016 as an internal legal consultant.
