Stephen has a broad range of experience in the banking and finance arena, including general banking advice to major international and local clients in relation to general acquisition finance and asset-based finance transactions. His other areas of expertise include aviation finance and general commercial aviation transactions.

Stephen began his career as a Candidate Attorney in 2001 at Deneys Reitz Inc (renamed Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa), where he was appointed as a Director in October 2007. He spent a year on secondment in London from July 2006 to July 2007 where he was employed in the corporate and capital markets department of Clifford Chance.
“We continue to make key appointments as we strengthen our core advisory capacity across our practice areas. We welcome Stephen on board and wish him well in future endeavours in what is a key sector for us,” adds Wilken.
