Employment Law's Latest Report on Whistleblowing

Our latest global thought leadership report, Whistleblowing: an employer's guide to global compliance, is based on a unique multi-jurisdictional research project on the highly topical subject of whistleblowing.

Whistleblowing is attracting high-profile worldwide media attention, from the Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden affairs to the investigation of global companies by the Chinese authorities - multinational employers need to be alive to the potential for whistleblowing issues.

Intelligence and market analysis from 10 countries – including South Africa – have been included in the report which provides a summary of the key legislative provisions regulating whistleblowing but also examines the reasons for some of the key differences between the legal regimes.

Extensive Experience
We have extensive experience of handling whistleblowing issues in South Africa in the financial services, life sciences, defence and manufacturing sectors.
