effective 1 July 2026. A Director in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice and Head of its Oil
& Gas sector, Megan is widely recognised as one of Southern Africa’s leading energy M&A lawyers,
with extensive experience advising clients on complex cross-border transactions and projects across
Africa. Since joining CDH in 2015, Megan has built one of the region’s foremost oil and gas
practices and earned recognition from leading international legal directories for her expertise and
leadership.
