Assisted in advising a range of entities on complex debt restructuring transactions, including the review and analysis of financial agreements and legal implications.
Conducted comprehensive legal due diligence investigations and prepared detailed due diligence reports to support transactional decision-making.
Provided legal advice to major lending institutions and corporate borrowers on various funding structures, including equity financing, project finance, and debt finance.
Advised the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited on the transition from JIBAR to ZARONIA, specifically in relation to its suite of legal lending instruments and the implications for existing and future financial arrangements.
Acted for Goldrush Group Proprietary Limited in connection with the amendment and restatement of its facilities agreement with FirstRand Bank Limited (Acting through its Rand Merchant Bank Division).
