Tangeni Nanyemba

Tangeni joined CDH as an Associate in May 2026. She previously worked as an Associate and Candidate Attorney at Ellis Shilengudwa Incorporated, where she managed the firm's intellectual property department and assisted with financing transactions.

Tangeni has also worked at the Bank of Namibia, where she focused on financial regulation, legislative development, and banking supervision, underpinning her ability to navigate regulatory considerations in transactional work.

She is also a published author, with a particular interest in sustainable finance and emerging sectors such as green hydrogen.

• Contributed to international reports on Namibia’s regulatory environment and financial sector.
• Conducted due diligence and assisted in advising on legal and regulatory risks in financing transactions.
• Assisted in advising on the security structure for a solar photovoltaic power project.
• Drafted transaction documents for infrastructure financing relating to a national road upgrade.
• Assisted in structuring financing and security arrangements for fibre telecommunications infrastructure rollouts.
• Assisted in advising on a hybrid financing transaction involving preference shares and debentures.
• Advised international investors on Namibian regulatory requirements.
