About Simone

Simone began her legal career in 2002 as a candidate attorney at Hofmeyr Herbstein and Gihwala (now Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr), before advancing to Associate in the Litigation practice. Drawn to property-related matters, she later transitioned to the Real Estate Law & Conveyancing practice, where she built extensive expertise in commercial property mortgage finance, culminating in her appointment as Director.

In 2025, Simone was appointed as Practice Development Director, a role that integrates her legal expertise with practice and knowledge management, professional development, and business development.
