Shereef Martin is an Associate Designate in our Corporate & Commercial practice. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of complex transactions across multiple industries. Shereef has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and the structuring of investments in renewable energy as well as the oil and gas sector. His practice combines both transactional and regulatory expertise, enabling him to guide clients seamlessly through Namibia’s evolving commercial, financial, and energy landscapes.
