Rachel Kelly is a Director in our Corporate & Commercial practice. Rachel focuses on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation and preparation of a wide range of commercial agreements, due diligence investigations and reports, providing legal opinions, advising on and assisting clients with B-BBEE compliance and transactions, and corporate structures (including trusts).
