Areas of expertise

Experience

  • During her rotations, Khutso has contributed to matters involving employment and labour disputes, construction contracts and disputes, commercial and finance contracts.

  • In her current role within the Banking, Finance & Projects practice, Khutso supports clients with their contracts (FIDIC, JBCC).

  • Assisting the finance team as a legal advisor team in respect of the drafting and negotiating a Public-Private Partnership agreement in relation to the development and financing of renewable energy projects.

  • Assisting the finance team with, financial documents due diligence investigation in relation to Pele Energy Group's renewable energy projects.

  • Assisting with finance due diligence.

  • Assisting with a buyer and seller power purchase transaction.
