Jonathan joined CDH in 2020 where he worked in the firm's Employment Law, Dispute Resolution, Competition and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice areas. He was exposed to general and labour litigation, commercial transactions with a particular focus on technology and telecommunications, data law regulation and competition law.
He was retained in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice as an Associate in January 2022.

Experience
Experience in a wide range of litigation
Jonathan has experience in a wide range of litigation across various divisions of the Superior Courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums and specialised Courts. With a focus on commercial litigation, his exposure has extended to mining law, property law and public law as well as collective labour law and demarcation disputes. He has further been involved in providing advice on multi-jurisdictional merger assessments across African jurisdictions, assisting in prohibited practice investigations, advising on data protection and regulation, and providing Covid-19 related advice.
