  • Assisted with a range of matters involving both individual and collective labour law, drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, supported in litigation before the CCMA, Labour Court, Labour Appeal Court, and Constitutional Court.

  • Assisted with advisory work on unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices and immigration matters.

  • Assisted with matters involving regulatory compliance, environmental permitting and project due diligence across the mining, energy, and industrial sectors.

  • Assisted with reviewing environmental reports and drafting inputs for due diligence investigations, particularly in the context of renewable energy and mining projects.

  • Conducted legal research on licensing and permitting requirements, and on the evolving landscape of environmental regulation.

  • Assisted with public interest matters involving constitutional rights, refugee law, and access to justice.

  • Advised individual clients on legal status, constitutional rights, refugee law, citizenship rights, and international human and animal rights obligations.

  • Assisted with community-based projects aimed at improving access to education and legal support.

  • Involvement in the firm's initiatives aimed at promoting workplace transformation, diversity, and inclusion across practice areas.
