  • Assisted in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including Share Purchase Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Option and Escrow Agreements, and partnership frameworks.
  • Regulatory compliance and due diligence - contributed to multi-jurisdictional due diligence exercises covering corporate governance, employment, litigation, and regulatory matters. Assisted in preparing due diligence reports and supporting merger notifications before the Competition Authority of Kenya.
  • Legal advisory - prepared opinions on data protection, anti-money laundering reporting obligations, corporate governance, and sector-specific licensing.
