Ranges between NAD 20,000 and 100,000 (USD 1,000–6,000). The cost depends on, but is not limited to, the year of incorporation, the company’s value-added tax (VAT) registration status, if the directors are registered for income tax and whether or not the company has a local bank account and fitness certificate from the local authority.
