Tanya Calitz
Tanya Calitz is an Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. Tanya has experience in general litigation and dispute resolution where she has advised both public and private sector clients on a range of different legal matters across various sectors. She has a keen interest in Business and Human Rights with a specific focus on how adverse consequences of corporate entities and their operations on communities and human rights can be minimised and addressed.

Tanya’s legal career began where she was appointed as a law researcher by former Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke at the Constitutional Court of South Africa. From there, she completed her articles of clerkship, studied abroad, and worked a few years in private practice before transferring to the public sector where she worked at the South African Human Rights Commission as an advisor to the Commissioners.
Tanya joined CDH as an Associate in July 2024.
