Tshepiso was admitted as an attorney in 2018 where she went on to practice as a junior counsel in mining, headed a Pension's Department and later joined Bell Dewar Inc (Fasken) as an Associate in their Labour and Employment Department before joining CDH as an Associate in 2022.

During her articles and subsequent practice in various fields of the dispute resolution, litigation, labour, employment and retirement benefits, Tshepiso has experience and has assisted with various employment law litigation and dispute resolution matters within various industries including corporate, mining, and construction. She has worked on several matters involving the numerous CCMA appearances for various disputes. Asma has also appeared at the Labour Court and consistently assists counsel in matters at the Labour Court, and most recently at the Labour Appeal Court.  She has also chaired and prosecuted numerous disciplinary hearings including a grievance hearing.

16 Days - Sexual Harrasement in the workplace

The international 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence highlights the recognition of gender-based violence and discrimination against women and children as a human rights violation. According to a study done by the University of South Africa, sexual harassment in the workplace is increasing, with over 51 830 sexual offences committed annually.
