Tamsanqa is an employment attorney who was admitted in 2018. He worked as a Candidate Attorney and then an Associate at Mkhabela Huntley Attorneys. He was appointed as an Associate at CDH in late 2018. He was appointed Senior Associate in 2021.

Tamsanqa has experience in both chairing and prosecuting disciplinary hearings, advising clients on employment issues including collective agreement, retrenchments etc as well as general labour disputes. He also regularly appears at the CCMA and the Labour Court.
